  They did a great job of fixing my keyboard on my laptop except that when my laptop was being reassembled, a hole was put in the case (the laptop itself). They said they would make it right and replace the case on my laptop for free and give me half off the keyboard repair. Two months later and they still have my laptop, they have not even ordered the correct part yet (they ordered the wrong one about a month ago), and it seems like I have to call them to get them to do anything about it. Two weeks ago I called and they had received the wrong part. I assumed they were ordering the correct one, but when I called today the salesman was just gonna call somewhere now and see if they had the correct part to ship to him.

  I gotta say-These guys know IT ALL.I have taken my devices to several electroni repair shops throughout the state and country but these guys outdo them all..on every level.At a lot of different stores(not exclusively just electronic repair shops)I always feel like the employees don't truly have a passion for what they're doing and only want my business for the financial aspects.With these guys (Jeremey and Donny of Marietta-as well as all of their other employees at different locations i have been to) truly care about their work and take pride in it.They ALWAYS answer all of my questions in detail and make sure i understand them.Anything from small home computer networks,to damaged cellphones,and disfuntional printers all the way to professional buisiness IT support of any size-this company is where to go!Thank you for all of your hard work and honesty throughout the years gentleman
